Welcome to Vexobraplorvia. By making a reservation and staying at our hotel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Booking and Cancellation Policy
- All bookings require a valid credit card at the time of reservation.
- Standard cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the check-in date to avoid a penalty of one night's room rate plus tax.
- Non-refundable rates are charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Payment Terms
- We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
- A hold will be placed on your credit card at check-in for the full amount of your stay plus an additional $150 per day for incidental charges.
- Final payment is due upon check-out.
3. Hotel Rules
- Vexobraplorvia is a 100% smoke-free property. A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs in the room.
- Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Guests must be at least 21 years old to check into the hotel.
- Outside food and beverages are permitted, but no cooking is allowed in the rooms.
4. Liability Disclaimers
Vexobraplorvia is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft of cash, jewelry, or other valuables left unattended in guest rooms. Safe deposit boxes are available in all rooms. The hotel's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this website immediately.
